For years, different people in the world of the culture of Salamanca suffered the systematic veto the City Council and Mayor, Julián Lanzarote Sastre, who has ordered his technical have not we in the city's cultural programming. Our purpose is not to fight, only for a personal cause but by a different way of culture in which no cultural foundations than other political groups to do and undo at will, in which education takes place it deserves in the hands of EMI (Municipal Institute of Education) in clear danger of extinction, in which cultural associations have a better awareness and serve to promote culture in the neighborhoods, where local artists are respected and valued for their work, in which citizens may participate in social of culture (not just consumer) and that, ultimately, impose common sense, discretion and common interest.
